Genpact Joins the ‘Hall of Fame’ Honorees in the 2025 Avtar & Seramount Best Companies for Women in India Study for the Second Year
Overall recognition in the study for championing workplace inclusion for six years in a row
New Delhi – November 13, 2025 – Genpact (NYSE: G), an agentic and advanced technology solutions company recognized for its deep industry knowledge, process intelligence, and last-mile expertise, today announced that it has been recognized as one of the 2025 Best Companies for Women in India (BCWI) 2025 by Avtar and Seramount. This marks the sixth consecutive year that Genpact has been featured in the study. In light of this sustained commitment, the company has been inducted into the prestigious ‘Best Companies – Hall of Fame’.
This milestone underscores Genpact’s consistent leadership in fostering an inclusive workplace where women can thrive, lead, and innovate.

2025 BCWI was launched in February 2025. The application consisted of over 300 questions, spanning seven different segments. The companies were evaluated based on their application data. This year, we had 365 companies applying to participate, of which companies from industries as diverse as IT, BFSI, Global Capabilities Centres, Manufacturing, ITES, Professional Services, Consumer Products, Pharmaceutical, Management Consulting, Science & Engineering, Telecommunications, E-Commerce, Chemical (including Petro), Healthcare, Automotive, Media, Real Estate, Retail and Apparel, Transportation Services/Logistics, Revenue Cycle Management and Hospitality made it to the Best Companies list.
