NEW YORK, Sept. 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Genpact (NYSE: G), the architect of the Lean DigitalSM enterprise, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Endeavour Software Technologies Private Limited, a mobile digital solutions provider focused on the middle and back office with operations in Austin, Texas and Bangalore, India. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Closing is subject to satisfaction of certain customary conditions, including Indian regulatory approval, and is expected in the fourth quarter of 2015. The transaction is not material to current year financial performance.
The acquisition of Endeavour will add to Genpact's Digital capabilities in mobile consulting, architecture and design, implementation, and testing. Enterprises across industries are realizing that mobility can unlock significant value in middle and back office operations functions by redistributing work along the ecosystem, and driving productivity and customer satisfaction.
