NEW YORK, April 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Genpact Limited (NYSE: G), a global leader in business process management and technology services, today announced that it has nominated Laura Conigliaro for election to its Board of Directors. If elected at the Company's 2013 annual meeting, she is expected to be appointed to Genpact's Audit Committee.

Conigliaro spent 15 years in leadership roles at Goldman Sachs before retiring as a partner in 2011, including co-director of the firm's Americas Equity Research unit and Technology Equity Research business unit leader. While at Goldman Sachs, she also served on the Compensation Policy Committee and the Americas Diversity Committee. From 1979 to 1996, Conigliaro was an equity analyst at Prudential Securities, where she specialized in the technology industry. She began her career as an intelligence analyst at the National Security Agency. Conigliaro currently serves on the public company Boards of Directors of Dell Inc., and Infoblox Inc. as well as the private company Arista Networks and the non-profit organization Bottomless Closet, in addition to being a member of the Museum Advisory Council at the American Museum of Natural History. She received a master's in business administration in finance with honors from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a bachelor's degree, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Boston University.
