Genpact Recognized by ATD for AI-First Workforce Learning and Enterprise Talent Development

Recognition from the Association for Talent Development highlights Genpact’s AI-powered learning platforms, enterprise-wide talent strategy, and more than 5 million hours of technology and AI skilling in 2025

NEW YORK, June 25, 2026 — Genpact (NYSE: G), an agentic and advanced technology solutions company, has been named a winner of the 2026 BEST Award from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), ranking No. 16 globally among 61 organizations recognized for using talent development as a strategic business tool to drive results. The award reflects Genpact’s enterprise-wide approach to building an AI-first workforce through domain expertise, applied AI skills, and AI-powered learning programs, including Genome.ai and AI Guru.

The award comes as companies accelerate AI adoption while working to close skills gaps across their workforces. Genpact’s learning strategy is designed to help employees build practical AI fluency, apply domain knowledge in new ways, and deliver measurable value for clients. Genome.ai is Genpact’s AI-powered learning platform that personalizes skill-building by combining AI with contextual knowledge from more than 600 domain experts.

In 2025, Genpact delivered more than 5 million hours of technology and AI skilling, a 2.5x year-over-year increase, and averaged 89 learning hours per employee. The effort supports Genpact’s goal of building a future-ready workforce of AI builders and practitioners with industry expertise and applied AI skills.

AI Guru is Genpact’s always-on learning agent that helps employees build AI fluency in the flow of work by making learning support available when and where skills are needed.

“We are honored to receive the ATD BEST Award once again,” said Shalini Modi, Global Leader, Learning and Inclusion, Genpact. “As AI changes how work gets done, companies need to move from ambition to applied capability. At Genpact, we are embedding learning into the flow of work, strengthening domain expertise, and helping our employees build practical AI skills that create measurable value for clients.”

Tony Bingham, President and Chief Executive Officer of ATD, said, “In recent years, research, technology, and business acumen have transformed the talent development field, and ATD has evolved its awards programs and the criteria for recognition to meet the definitions of what ‘best practice’ means. These BEST organizations are solving organizational and workforce challenges through talent development practices and doing so in innovative ways.”

The award underscores Genpact’s long-term commitment to building a learning culture that helps employees adapt to AI, develop future-ready skills, and deliver measurable outcomes for clients and communities.
